What is a slideshow?

A slideshow is a video in which motion, music, and captions are added to photographs and then blended together with transitions and special effects.

I am not "Techy", will you help me?

Yes, we are here to guide you and walk you through the entire process over the phone. We will patiently help you work through the steps you may not be familiar with to produce a beautiful memorial keepsake.

How long does it take to make my video slideshow?

We will finish your video 24 hours after we receive all of the images and instructions from you.

I don't have a scanner, what do I do?

There are several easy ways go get your images scanned.

  1. Use a free photo scanning app on your phone such as  Google Photoscan which also removes glare, https://youtu.be/WIlTztx-NM8?si=O4qs9yrAP8UlRf3W

  2.  Go to the nearest UPS store where they will scan them for you.

  3. If you have more than 100 images to scan contact us for additional options.

Do I have to visit your office?

No, everything necessary to create a beautiful memorial video can be done remotely over the phone and using emails. Anyone located anywhere can request one of our custom produced memorial videos for their loved ones.

What is the average number of images people use?

The average number of images we see used in a video are 200.

Is there a way for different family members to share images with you?

Yes, we will create a folder using our cloud storage service called Google Drive and provide permission to all family members to make contributions of content.

Can old photos be repaired?

Yes, we use sophisticated image processing tools to restore the color and clarity including focus to old images. This also includes repairing cracks, scratches, tape marks and any other damage caused to the image. The cost to repair an image is $10.

Is there a limit on the number of images I can add to a video?

There is no limit to the number of images in a video. There is a minimum number of 50 required for us to produce a video for you.
